Conrad Brothers Construction
seeks full-time Project Managers
and Superintendents to join our
growing team across luxury residen-
tial and commercial projects.

PMs will manage budgets, sched-
ules, contracts, and client communi-
cation from pre-construction through
closeout. Supers will lead field oper-
ations — coordinating crews, enforc-
ing quality and safety standards, and
driving day-to-day production on site.
Both roles collaborate closely with
owners, architects, and trade part-
ners to deliver exceptional results.

Ideal candidates have a degree in
Construction Management, Engi-
neering, or Architecture (or equiva-
lent field experience), proficiency
reading plans and specs, and famili-
arity with Procore and Bluebeam.
We value strong communicators
who are detail-oriented,
solutions-driven, and skilled at man-
aging multiple projects.

Pay DOE. Benefits include
