The Community Library seeks an
Outreach & Bookmobile Librarian to
perform a variety of tasks that
maintain the orderly flow of daily
business at The Community
Library's portion of the BLOOM
truck. The Bookmobile Librarian is
responsible for several areas of li-
brary operations, including circula-
tion, technical services, and cus-
tomer and patron service. At the
Bloom truck, the Librarian must
convey a particular enthusiasm for
children's literature, for children and
teens, and for educational program-
ming. This is currently a part-time,
summer 2024 position with poten-
tial to transition to a full-time
year-round position in the future.
Bilingual skills in English and Span-
ish are required. Starting wage of
$20/hour.
