The purpose of Tugboat Institute
is to support and resource leaders
that are building enduring private
purpose-driven companies, that will

The perfect person for this position
will possess extensive, highly ef-
fective & efficient, event and hospi-
tality experience. This position will
play an essential role in managing
and executing various design re-
lated aspects of Tugboat Institute's
three high-quality events. This po-
sition will be responsible for: event
design, event design planning and
logistics, vendor and hotel rela-
tions, vendor sourcing and delega-
tion, support production of all
printed materials and promotional
communications, to name a few.
This is a full-time position located
in Ketchum, Idaho.


3+ years proven effective & effi-
cient experience in event produc-
tion. Strong organizational skills,
high data accuracy and attention to
detail and quality. Effective, con-
cise communication skills, includ-
ing business writing and visual
presentation. Team player with
service orientation, internally and
externally. Personality that is adap-
tive and flexible, grace under fire,
and a creative problem solver - a
"fixer"

Part-Time (Night) Valet/Guest
Services
.
This position includes
driving guests to restaurants, sym-
phony and other miscellaneous lo-
cations. Night duties also include
restocking pool towels, taking out
trash, washing vehicles (time per-
mitting) and shutting down resort.
Schedule will be Saturday & Sun-
day evenings during high sea-
sons/ Dec-Mar & May-Oct,
5:00pm-9:00pm ($20/hr +
$4-$5/hr-tips).

Part-time Concierge/ Reserva-
tionist

The ideal candidate will
have extensive local knowledge, be
personable, well-spoken, have
strong written/computer skills and
be able to perform tasks simultane-
ously. This position requires work-
ing closely with owners and staff
while using clear and professional
language. Duties include pre-arrival
communication (written and verbal),
booking restaurants and activities
for guests, administrative work and
interfacing with the housekeeping
and valet departments. Schedule
will be Tuesdays & Wednesdays
year-round, 8:00am-5:00pm
($23/hr + $4-$5/hr-tips).
Paid holi-
days when worked.

The Preserve Manager is the primary point of contact for Silver Creek.
