City Planner The City of Bellevue is seeking a Full-Time City Planner for the Community Development De- partment . The selected individual will report directly to the Community Develop- ment Director. The individual will be responsible for various duties in the areas of: Planning, Zoning, Build- ing, and Permitting (please see the full job description on the City's website at: ( www.bellevueidaho.us | City Jobs | City Planner.) General- ized Duties: Answer questions and assist applicants through city land use, development and building per- mit application process(s). Attend Planning and Zoning Commission meeting twice a month; Write draft ordinances; Maintain zoning ordi- nance, agendas, public information packets and minutes; Receive citi- zen complaints regarding zoning vi- olations and coordinate with the Marshal's office. The ideal candidate must enjoy interacting with people, pos- sess a passion for wildlife conserva- tion and excellent interpersonal and communication skills along with a commitment to providing an immers- ive and enjoyable experience for visi- tors. This is a year-round, part-time posi- tion, Tuesday - Saturday, 11 am - 4 pm. Availability during the winter hol- iday season a plus. The Museum Associate will open and close the museum, develop educational pro- grams for K-12 school field trips, fa- cilitate private adult tours and school visits, answer phone and email in- quiries, process merchandise trans- actions with Square, and provide in- formation about upcoming events and current wolf news. Bachelor's degree, ability to work in- dependently, proficiency in MacOS, MS Office, and web-based applica- tions preferred.
