Nomadic Van is Hiring!
We will be moving to a larger shop space in the immediate future and we are looking for a lead Mechanic/Shop Manager to join our ranks and help us take Nomadic Van to the next level. Nomadic focuses on the import, sales and refurbishment of 4x4 JDM vehicles released in the 90’s, namely the Mitsubishi Delica L300 and L400. We primarily work on 4 different en- gines (4D56, 4G63, 4M40 and 6G72) but with our shop expansion we will be looking to take on all JDM 4x4 cli- ents; and possibly even sprinkle in the occasional GTR or Supra… We follow an extensive, manufacturer-recommended, 100k mile maintenance routine from start to finish with each of our vans. Every vehicle is meticulously examined, upgraded, tuned and tested before it leaves with the customer. We need someone that is detail oriented and more concerned about the quality of their work than rushing through tasks. You must have: •A series ASE certification or equiva- lent •3+ years industry experience •Communication and management skills •Welding/fabrication experience Not required but would like to see: •DSM turning experience Pay is hourly and depends on expe- rience.
